Data we may process

  • Business/contact information submitted through approved enquiry channels.
  • Technical and security data such as IP address, browser/device metadata, request logs and abuse-prevention signals.
  • Assurance engagement metadata necessary to scope authorised testing or evidence workflows.
  • Website preferences and necessary browser-storage state.

Do not submit secrets

Do not submit seed phrases, private keys, recovery phrases, passwords, one-time codes, raw wallet files, keystores or other authentication secrets through public website forms, email or public chat. EnteleCLOS is not currently a wallet-recovery operator and does not use the public website as a secret-collection channel.

Purposes and lawful bases

We process data to operate and secure the website, answer legitimate enquiries, assess authorised assurance work, maintain evidence and records, prevent misuse, and comply with legal obligations. The applicable lawful basis may include contract/steps toward contract, legitimate interests, legal obligation or consent where required.

Recipients and transfers

Data may be processed by hosting, security, communications and professional service providers under applicable contractual and legal controls. We do not sell personal data. International transfers use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism where required.

Retention

Data is retained only as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose collected, including security, evidentiary, contractual and legal-retention requirements. Sensitive assurance evidence is subject to narrower access and retention controls.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability and consent withdrawal. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office or another competent supervisory authority.
