These terms govern public use of enteleclos.com. The website is operated by TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD, company number 16481808.

Development-stage assurance platform

EnteleCLOS is an early security-assurance and evidence/control foundation. Public descriptions of roadmaps, controls, synthetic tests, recovery research or future services are informational and may change. They are not service-level commitments or evidence of production readiness.

Authorised use only

You must not use EnteleCLOS content, systems or enquiry channels to seek unauthorised access to wallets, accounts, keys, exchanges, infrastructure or assets. We do not assist with stolen assets, credential guessing, private-key or mnemonic search, wallet-security bypass, dormant-wallet targeting, unauthorised signing or asset transfer.

No custody or recovery mandate

The public site does not create a custody, recovery, incident-response, fiduciary or regulated financial-services relationship. EnteleCLOS does not accept custody or authority over customer assets through the website and is not currently a wallet-recovery operator.

Assurance evidence

Assurance findings, test results and status labels are valid only for their documented scope, version, evidence set and review date. A passed control or baseline mapping is not a guarantee of absolute security and is not a certification unless an identified independent certification body expressly says so.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, EnteleCLOS branding, public content and documentation are owned by or licensed to TVK LABS & TECHNOLOGIES LTD and/or relevant TVK ecosystem entities.

Availability and liability

The public website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential loss from reliance on informational or development-stage material. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to mandatory rights that may apply to you.
